Bepedia will never ask for your profiles’ passwords through unsolicited messages or emails. You are highly recommended to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to notify us of unauthorized use. If we request registration information from you, you must provide us with accurate and complete information and must update the information when it changes.

The content, information, data, designs, code, and materials associated with the Services are protected by intellectual property and other laws. You must comply with all such laws and applicable copyright, trademark or other legal notices and restrictions.

4. Legal complaints

Bepedia respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that our content infringes your copyright, please follow our procedures for making a copyright infringement claim. If you have a legal complaint other than a copyright claim, please follow our procedure for making other legal complaints.

5. Unsubscribe policy

Users may unsubscribe to any of our electronic newsletters at any time by following the instructions contained at the end of each newsletter.

6. Disclaimer or limitation on liability

The information, services and products available to you on Bepedia may contain errors and are subject to periods of interruption. Bepedia is not responsible for any inaccurate content, whether it is caused by Users or by any equipment or malfunction related to Bepedia. Moreover, Bepedia is not responsible for the functioning of any of the links to related websites (including ease of downloading programs, procedure to follow in order to buy any item).

7. Force majeure

Bepedia cannot be held responsible for any delay or malfunction brought about directly or indirectly by causes that exceed our free will. This includes, but is not limited to: malfunctioning of technical equipment, broken connection to Internet or telephone lines, computer viruses, unauthorized access to Bepedia, operation errors, strike …

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Bepedia, its officers, directors, owners, agents and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the message boards on Bepedia website, the violation of these terms and conditions by you, or the infringement by you, or other user of the message boards using your computer, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. Bepedia reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.  

9. Miscellaneous

Bepedia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, add or erase at any time parts of its web Content. Moreover, Bepedia has the right to modify the terms of the present Agreement, at any time and without prior warning. You are to verify the Agreement from time to time, because you acknowledge that you are subject to the modifications as soon as they are posted on the web. If at any moment, some services provided by Bepedia can be subject to other terms than these stated above, we shall post a visible announcement on the website, regarding the specific regulations for that matter

10. Site Access, Account Deletion

We may take any of the following actions in our sole discretion at any time and for any reason without you prior notice:

- Change or discontinue the Services

- Deactivate your accounts and delete all related information and files in your accounts

We will not be liable to you or any third party for taking any of these actions and we will not be limited to the remedies above if you violate these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should immediately stop using the Services. If you want to delete your account on a Service, please use contact instructions posted on the Service at which you obtained the account.
